Moving Rolls of Corrugate

Operating in the corrugated industry our TP range have been used in many applications. Moving corrugated rollers between production runs has been a particular success for companies with this common operation.

Our battery powered tug has been used to remove and reinstall corrugated rollers after and before production runs. Typically weighing in excess of 7000kg our TP500 replaces a 6 man operation and only requires one person to safely drive the rollers in and out of the line.

Saving time, money and improving health and safety has seen the Tractive Pusher to be invaluable to companies once implimented.

Description

Tractive Power has been operating in the corrugated industry for years. With our battery-powered tugs being used for various applications.

Moving corrugated rolls, after production, is a job that our tugs have helped with. A common operation that has proven very successful for various companies.

Our battery-operated tugs have been used to move the rolls of corrugated. Once they have been wound to the correct length, out from the machinery, then to the collection area, away from pedestrians. It is here, in a pedestrian-free part of the factory, where the rolls are collected for storage in the warehouse.

Saving time, and money and improving the health and safety of employees. We have seen the Tractive Pusher become an invaluable piece of machinery to companies once implemented.
