Tractive Power was delighted to be one of 400 exhibitors at the largest intralogistics and supply chain solutions event; IMHX 2019 at NEC Birmingham last month.
During the four day event, a survey was conducted by market research company Sapio Research, to quiz the leaders of the industry about their growth plans over the next two years.
Around 91% of the companies surveyed expect to grow in the next 2 years with 34 per cent anticipating ‘significant’ growth plus 76% predicting growth with the next 12 months.
IMHX Event Director Rob Fisher discussed the research, saying,
“Sapio Research’s survey of logistics company executives reveals an industry that is both confident and optimistic about the future.
“It also highlights that logistics companies are seeking to invest in new technology that will help them to meet the challenges of operating efficiently and profitably in the modern business environment.”
